Bronze Level - 8 + Hours per month - $200 - ($25/hr.*)- Requires a Food Permit/License obtained from either the Dept. of Agriculture or the DBPR, (your license will be obtained through our kitchen), Food Managers Cert., Liability Insurance, and a 6-month Florida Chefs Workshop Lease.  Any additional hours will be billed at your hourly rate and be charged on your next month’s bill.  $250 security fee, $50 of it is a non-refundable administrative fee.

Silver Level - 20 + Hours per month - $440 -  ($22/hr.*) - Requires a Food Permit/License obtained from either the Dept. of Agriculture or the DBPR, (your license will be obtained through our kitchen), Food Managers Cert., Liability Insurance, and a 6-month Florida Chefs Workshop Lease. Food Truck - 6 + Hours per month - $150 -  ($25/hr.*) - Requires a Food Permit/License obtained from either the Dept. of Agriculture or the DBPR, (your license will be obtained through our kitchen), Food Managers Cert., Liability Insurance, and a 6-month Florida Chefs Workshop Lease.  Any additional hours used will be billed at your hourly rate and be charged on your next month’s bill.   $250 security fee, $50 of it is a non-refundable administrative fee.

Food Truck - Commissary Only - $50 per month or $450 per year.  Call for details.
