Workshop Station 1
Two, 8' prep tables located in front of the cooking line. Directly adjacent to our new Captive Air 20' hood system, pulling fresh air into the kitchen and maintaining a comfortable kitchen temperature. Our all gas cooking line features 4 New Convection Ovens, 10 gas burners, 2 conventional slow cook gas ovens, and a flat top grill.
Workshop Station 2
Two,6’ prep tables located on opposite side of Station 1 close to the cooking line. Directly adjacent to our new Captive Air 20' hood system, pulling fresh air into the kitchen and maintaining a comfortable kitchen temperature. Our all gas cooking line features 4 New Convection Ovens, 10 gas burners, 2 conventional slow cook gas ovens, and a flat top grill.
Bakers Workshop 1
2 prep tables located closest to the 30 Qt. Global Mixer in the middle of the Kitchen.
Bakers Workshop 2
2 prep tables located across from the Walk-in Freezer and closest to the emergency exit door.
Shared Equipment
Each WorkShop Station will have access to a minimum of 1 Convection/Conventional Oven, 2 Cooktop burners, access to the gas grill and other community equipment.
